Westland Marina in Titusville Sold

According to CoStar, the popular marina was sold for $5.2M to Explorer Marina Properites LLC. The sale included the business value of a reported 65 wet slips and upwards of eight acres of upland dry storage. The property was acquired from First Southern National Bank.
